The Old Carriage Trail is near the Jaite Area of Cuyahoga Valley National Park on the east side. It’s a very flat trail for the most part with the exception of the initial climb and subsequent descent at the end, and follows a ridge through many ravines. You have to access the trail from the Towpath Trail between Red Lock and Station Road Bridge.

Brandywine Ski Resort is right there.

There is another part of the mound there somewhere.
A look into the deep ravines all along this trail.
This spur goes to an overlook.
This overlook has the best views on the whole trail.
There are a few pine groves.
Some cool bridges too.
The trail ends up back on the Towpath Trail north of where we started.
More remnants of the canal.
The ducks appreciate the secluded wetland.
Some parts of the canal still have a lot of water.
That night the sunset was beautiful from my
