Location: South of Wilmington, Ohio at 1750 Osborn Road.
Cowan Lake State Park is a fairly small park but features a 700 acre lake with a 10 hp limit and three boat ramps, campground with a mix of electric, primitive, and cabins, nature center, and a few first come first served picnic areas and two reservable picnic shelters, as well as around 8 miles of hiking trails.
