Location: About three miles east of Oregon, Ohio along the Lake Erie coast north of SR 2 on Yondota Road.
At nearly 2500 acres, Cedar Point National Wildlife Refuge is one of Lake Erie’s largest marshes, and as such provides extensive habitat for many species of migratory wetland birds. The area also boasts an large population of wetland wildflowers as well. Much of the reserve is off limits to exploration and should be respected as a place where these animals can gather unaffected by humans. There is a small area on the south end where you can view and fish from a distance.
