Maumee Bay State Park is a beautiful piece of property on the southwestern shore of Lake Erie just east of Toledo, Ohio. It features a campground with electric, showers, and spacious sites as well as a huge lodge, golf course, cabins, and large beach. There is a mix of wooded areas and wetlands. Many species of birds can be found here.

I was surprised to see racquetball courts.
There is an indoor and outdoor pool.
Snack bar serves ice cream.
I caught a sunset over the bay.
I had a ribeye from the lodge Saturday night.
There is a nice lake in the campground.
And grey water dump stations.
