Inniswood is one of my favorite nearby places to see non-native species of flowers in bloom. They have a variety of different formal gardens. They also have a couple of woodland trails where one can see native species of wildflowers and trees. It’s located on Hempstead Road just north of Dempsy Road.

I began by taking a right through the front gazebo toward the Boardwalk Trail.
There were some nice Virginia Bluebells prior to entering the woods.
Sweet Woodruff
In the woods I came across this Jack in the Pulpit.
And this rather bad picture of the Paw Paw trees in bloom.
